COBA Automotive is a market leader in Glazing and Exterior Sealing solutions. We also produce a large range of technical extrusions and mouldings for external and internal use. We work alongside our clients to produce bespoke thermoplastic components of the highest quality.

With our own in house product design and tooling manufacture we offer technical solutions that can offer both weight and cost savings initiatives. We also use multiple material blends for increased functionality & performance. Our range of technical components are typically used in under bonnet, glazing, exterior trim, roof ditch, door systems, bright trim and interior applications.

2K allows us to combine multiple polymers in a single process, creating individual parts that perform multiple functions. The advantage of 2K compared with over-moulding is that the second material to be injected is still hot and clean, enabling the best possible bond, and a much-reduced risk of burring.
